Getting Started!

1. Visit our customer portal at https://letstrain.portal.gingrapp.com/ or download the Gingr for Pet Parents app (our facility Invite Code to log in on the app is 757123).
2. Click on Reset Password?
3. Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account.
4. Use the link received via either text or email to create your password.

NEW TO LET'S TRAIN? NO PROBLEM!

1. Visit our customer portal at https://letstrain.portal.gingrapp.com/ or download the Gingr for Pet Parents app (our facility Invite Code to log in on the app is 757123).
2. Click on Sign Up.
3. Follow the steps to fill out your and your dog's information.

That's it! You're all set to enjoy a seamless experience.

Now you can log in anytime and unlock a range of convenient features and benefits. Your pup's journey with us just got even better! 

BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE, make sure you have a signed waiver on file.  The system requires this for all appointment requests to avoid any errors.

1. Navigate to the Account tab.
2. Look for Waivers and Agreements.
3. Find any unsigned waivers listed.
4. Read through carefully, then electronically sign following the on-screen instructions.

Now you're ready to book!

 Access the Portal: Visit https://letstrain.portal.gingrapp.com/ or use the Gingr for Pet Parents app to log in to your customer portal (our facility Invite Code to log in on the app is 757123).

1. Start Booking:  Once logged in, navigate to the Book tab.  Select the dog you'd like to book for and click Start Booking.
2. Choose Booking Category:  From the drop-down arrow, pick Group Classes - Specialty Classes.  
3. Select Class and Start Date:  Search or Scroll to locate your desired class.  Be sure to pay attention to the class start date. Choose your desired class.
4. Confirm and Submit:  Confirm that the desired class details and dates are correct and hit Submit.
5. Payment:  Enter payment information and click Checkout to finalize your purchase and class registration.

 Access the Portal: Visit https://letstrain.portal.gingrapp.com/ or use the Gingr for Pet Parents app to log in to your customer portal (our facility Invite Code to log in on the app is 757123).

1. Start Booking:  Once logged in, navigate to the Book tab. Select the dog you'd like to book for and click Start Booking.
2. Choose Booking Category:  From the drop-down arrow, pick Let's Play! - 30 minutes.  Then, click the Let's Play! - 30 minutes button that appears (for app users, this will be at the very bottom of the screen).
3. Enter Additional Information:  If you are bringing multiple dogs or have specific requirements, enter the details in the Booking Notes section (NOT Service Notes).
4. Select Date and Time:  Click the next arrow to Dates. Choose your desired date on the calendar.  Below it, click Let's Play to see available times. Pick the time that suits you best and proceed to Review.
5. Review and Submit:  Verify all information is correct, then click Submit Request to complete the booking process.
6. Pay Deposit:  After submission, click the blue Pay Deposit button to make your payment and finalize your request for review and approval.
