Refund Policy - Let’s Train Dog Training

At our dog training facility, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending our classes. We want to make sure that our clients are satisfied with the services provided, so if a class isn’t meeting your needs, please consult with us and we can discuss more suitable options.

We have established the following refund policy:

1. Membership packages must be started within six (6) months of purchase, otherwise, payment will be forfeited.

2. Puppy Socialization packages expire, and must be used within, three (3) months of starting. We are unable to issue refunds after expiration.

3. Classes with a set schedule (Rally, Scent, Therapy, Trick, Agility): 

• If you need to cancel your enrollment in a dog training class, you must provide us with at least 48 hours notice before the start of the class. In this case, we will issue a full refund of the class fee, less any additional fees below. 
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, but prior to the start of class, we will be unable to offer a refund for that class. However, we may be able to offer you the opportunity to transfer to a future class. 
• If you cancel after the class has begun, we will be unable to offer a refund for that class.

4. Classes that are drop-in (Levels, Puppy Socialization):

• If you cancel prior to starting class, we can issue a full refund, less any additional fees below.
• If you cancel after your membership has begun, refunds will be pro-rated and given as store credit only.

5. Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a dog training class, we will provide you with as much notice as possible. 

• For classes with a set schedule: If you have already paid for the class, we will issue a full refund or make other class arrangements.
• For Levels classes: We will extend your membership to account for the missed time and for the inconvenience.

6. Private Lessons:

• A deposit is required to book private lessons. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, $50 of your deposit will be forfeited.
• If you no-show the appointment, 100% of your deposit will be forfeited. 
• If you have a training package and cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show the appointment, one (1) credit from your package will be forfeited.

Additional refund fees, as applicable:

1. Training manual fee: If a training manual has been provided to you, $25 will be deducted from the refund, unless the training manual is returned.
2. Transaction fees: Refunds given through credit card or PayPal are subject to a 3.5% transaction fee.

We take great pride in our dog training classes and want to ensure that all of our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. If your current class is not meeting your needs, please let us know so we can adjust your training package to meet your needs better.
