VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

All grooming clients must have a credit card on file.

New clients will not be booked without a valid credit card on file

Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice

will not receive a cancellation fee.

Cancellations with 24 - 48 hours notice

will receive a cancellation fee of $25

Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice

will be charged the full amount for the groom

No-Show appointments

will be charged the full amount for the groom and require pre-payment to book future appointments.
